I’m doing this photo challenge to take 200 photos before May 13th and even though I’m only a few days into it, it’s been very fulfilling.  I’ll probably share some here but you can find all of them on my Flickr. Although I’m pretty sure I’ll take 200 photos, I’m going to make a point to only upload the best ones. I’m hopeful that it will still work out to be about 200 but who knows.

In other news, I feel like this blog needs a makeover but I’m too lazy to do it. I should probably shop around and see what it would cost for someone else to do it.  I don’t know if I really want to spend the money on it right now but I should at least know my options.

I’m going to try to build a table (with the help of my boyfriend) this weekend.  I’ve been really into the idea of building my own furniture. A simple table seems like a fair first project.

Life is sorta boring right now. Nothing fancy going on. Not that there is anything wrong with boring. I like boring just fine. I have a little goal to post more often. We’ll see how that goes.

A peek at a little project I’m working on. I’m hoping to finish it up this weekend. My original due date was January 31st but I’m not good with self-imposed deadlines. It’s nothing super special so don’t get worked up about it but special enough (to me anyway) that I don’t want to give it all away. Does that make sense? That’s probably a little silly but whatever.

You also get a peek at our new dog Honey. I don’t think I’ve shared any photos of her here on the blog. She’s crazy. Mostly sweet but still very crazy.

I haven’t been using my dslr much these days. I’ve really been into film. I enjoy the fact that I have to slow down and think things out with film. However, I miss be able to see my photos right away. Looks like I need to start carrying 2 cameras. That means I can buy a new handbag, right? ;)

My day today. Simple, quiet, and maybe a little boring but that’s how I like my days. How was your day?

The past two months have been busy. I spent half of December with cold then a sinus infection. After Christmas I had my wisdom teeth removed and developed dry sockets and got another (maybe the same) sinus infection.It was rough but I’m pretty much all better now.

It wasn’t all bad stuff. We also got a new dog. So we have two dogs now. Probably a mistake but she’s cute! I finally got my learners permit. Yes, that’s right. I’m 26 and finally learning how to drive. Better late than never, right?

I’ve also been busy with a few little personal projects. Nothing super special. A little self-portrait project that I probably won’t share. Fixing up the house which I can’t wait to finish and share. Also some boring junk like eating healthy and working out.
